Marilyn Properties is a family owned company owning and operating real estate in South Florida since 1939. Started by Shirl Black to support the seafood company Superior Fish Inc., Marilyn Properties would later diversify into commercial retail as well. Now, 70 years later, Marilyn Properties has successfully navigated both the ups and downs of South Florida real estate.

Orin has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a licensed General Contractor in the state, with 13 years of experience working on large commercial construction projects. Orin currently provides consulting advice on construction and capital improvements. He has been working in South Florida for the last 8 years.
