Marilyn Properties is a family owned company owning and operating commercial real estate in South Florida since 1939. Started by Shirl Black to support the seafood company Superior Fish Inc., Marilyn Properties would later diversify into commercial retail as well. Now, 70 years later, Marilyn Properties has successfully navigated the ups and downs of South Florida real estate.
